Tender Description
The works consist of renew roofing, walls and awning of the Exhibit Pavilion at Barraba Showground.
The sequence of work will require the following:
Main building:
1. Remove and replace Colourbond roofing and flashings to main roof and Northern extension 380sqm
2. Remove and replace roof battens
3. Remove and replace Colourbond wall sheeting 275sqm
4. Remove and replace wall battens
5. Remove and replace timber fascia boards to main building and extension 60Lm
6. Prep and paint affected areas
7. Remove and replace guttering 60Lm
8. Remove and replace bird mesh to exposed eaves
9. Remove and replace double hung timber windows (9 of)
Eastern awning:
1. Demolish existing awning 18.8m x 4.5m and concrete slab
2. Supply and install new awning consisting of
- 8 x 90mm x 90mm x 2mm Gal steel posts
- 150mm x 50mm x 2mm beams
3. Purlins
4. 8 x 450mm x 900mm piers @20 mpa
5. Colourbond roofing and flashings
6. Colourbond guttering 19m
7. Purlin cleats and bolts
8. Form and lay new concrete slab 86sqm @20 mpa
Rubbish removal from site.
