Muswellbrook Shire Council invites 'Expressions of Interest' (EOI) from experienced contractors interested in tendering for the design and construction of the Regional Entertainment and Conference Centre, in accordance with the documentation contained within the tender documents.
The Proposed development is for the design and construction of a regional entertainment centre to be the centrepiece for cultural events and gathering for the residents of the Hunter Valley. MRECC will deliver a number of individual spaces within a single precinct. Spaces include: Performing arts centre, Community Studio & Conference space, Customer service area, Office accommodation, Community plaza and associated open space, Front of house/ foyer facilities, Kitchen & Cosmopolitan cafe, Car parking and a Loading dock.
An Early Tenderer Involvement (ETI) workshop will be held following the EOI Process as detailed in the EOI documentation. Shortlisted Contractors will be invited to attend the Workshop.
Responsibility for lodgement by the deadline lies solely with the Tenderer. Information on method of lodgement is provided in the EOI documents.
