Tender Description
This scope of work provides for security services for Powerlink Queensland’s Virginia Complex situated at 33 Harold Street and 36 Northlink Place, Virginia. The complex comprises four (4) buildings and is surrounded by landscaped gardens and car parks;
- The Edison building a two (2) level building with approximately 6,000 square metres of office accommodation and amenities and approximately 600 square metres of landscaped court.
- The Tesla Building being a single level with mezzanine building with approximately 14,000 square metres of workshop, laboratories and office accommodation.
- The Brian Sharp building being a four (4) level building with approximately 4,200 square metres of office accommodation.
- 36 Northlink Place being a two (2) level building with approximately 8,000 square metres of warehouse, production and office accommodation; which is linked to the Virginia complex via a pedestrian gate.
