The Boards of Monash Health and Alfred Health have approved a review of pathology services with a view to establishing a shared service model. The Alfred/Monash Cluster Pathology Project (the Project) is a joint undertaking by Monash Health and Alfred Health to explore options for a shared pathology service between our two organisations.

The Project seeks to explore opportunities created through sharing of knowledge, skills and services to enhance pathology service provision and offering to patients, clinicians and the wider community.

The nature and complexity of the review project requires specialised change management support to work with the project team to develop and apply a change management principles/plan across all project work streams.

Alfred Health, on behalf of the Project seeks Tenders from suitably qualified organisations for the development and delivery of a change management plan and targeted engagement with staff from across Alfred Health and Monash Health.

Alfred Health, on behalf of the Project is issuing this RFT and will oversee the procurement process and any future resultant contracts.
