Tender Description
The Department of Education (DoE) is calling for submissions for the construction of a new 2 storey Learning Centre located at Rosella Park Special School, 20 Park Street, West Gladstone 4680.
Tender submissions will be accepted from contractors satisfying PQC 3 level certification with QA. Please note, the contract will be awarded as a whole to a suitably licenced contractor. Individual trade packages will not be awarded separately.

A site visit will be held at : Not Applicable. Refer to tender documents for tender submission requirements. at 8 Mar, 2021 10:00 AM . Contractors are to meet at the school entrance on Park Street for sign-in. Please nominate attendees via email to Andrew.Chiknaikin@ghd.com by 12pm Thursday 4 March 2021. Subcontractors are welcome to attend.
Attendance at the briefing is a pre-requisite to submission and consideration of a bid.
