Tender Description
Mount Alexander Shire Council (Council) requires the services of a registered Municipal Building Surveyor (Unlimited) to administer the responsibilities of the Building Act 1993 and relevant Regulations, with a focus on compliance and enforcement.
Council requires this service a minimum of one day per week for approximately 48 weeks a year.
The service would ideally be provided from the offices located at Mount Alexander Shire Civic Centre, 27 Lyttleton Street Castlemaine. Alternatively, arrangements may be negotiated that provide an equivalent level of service either completely offsite or a level of agreed onsite attendance and offsite work.
