Tender Description
Logan City Council (Council) is seeking to award a contract to a suitably experienced and qualified contractor for the provision of Promotion Materials, including the supply, storage, distribution and inventory management.
Council's intent is to appoint one Contractor to fulfil the following requirements:
1. Storage of all promotional material purchased by Council;
2. Delivery of orders to Council as directed;
3. Administration of an online store (set up by Council);
4. Quarterly stocktakes and reports submitted to Council;
5. Supply promotional materials to Council as required;
6. Provide artwork for promotional material as directed and approved by Council; and
7. Maintain Council's Brand on promotional material as directed by Council.
