RFP for Project Management and Quantity Surveying Services

⁠⁠⁠ICC is seeking to establish a panel of professional Project Managers, Quantity Surveyors and associated support services in order to deliver our capital programme. The panel is expected to deliver value to the Councils by virtue of the participants ability to undertake the tasks defined in a professional manner and at a competitive price, while providing practical expertise at the workplace.

Service Providers (Submitters) will be expected to demonstrate an ability to provide improvements in Council delivery, have an innovative culture and provide the dedicated efforts of management and staff.

ICC envisage awarding contracts with an initial two year term with two possible one year term extensions thereafter.
