Tender Description
The Western Australian State Government’s Department of Finance (DoF) is the owner of McIver House, 297 Fitzgerald Street Northam WA. JLL, on behalf of DoF, is seeking a highly capable and experienced contractor to carry out the works for the upgrade of base building toilet (male/female) facilities on the ground and first floors. Construct new UAT facilities at each floor to comply with the BCA requirements and all associated works as outlined.
