Tender Description
Ausgrid is seeking an expression of interest (EOI) from companies interested in participating in the Ausgrid Crew Services Panel ('the Panel'). Respondents are required to complete and submit a conforming EOI and Ausgrid will reserve the right to send a Request for Tender at a later date.
This document is not a recommendation, offer or invitation to enter into a contract, agreement or other arrangement in respect of the Services.
Respondents should ensure that they read and understand each section of this EOI. By submitting a response to us, Respondents will be taken to have accepted all the terms and conditions set out in this EOI.
The scope includes but is not limited to the supply of all materials, labour, transport and equipment to provide cable laying works:
Crew Services
Provision of Personnel, plant, equipment and consumables to preform underground works (i.e. Supervisor, Labourer, excavator, truck, etc.)
Ensure that all Personnel are trained, competent and authorised to complete their required duties, in compliance with Pegasus system.
Consultation, cooperation and coordination of the performance of Services required with Ausgrid's Representative before and during the performance of services.
Keep daily written and other records including digital photographs
Compliance with all Ausgrid Work health and safety guidelines
The Scope does not include:
- Site Management, Ausgrid is responsible for the management and control of the site.
- Traffic Management, Ausgrid will use another contractor for this purpose.
- Works Orders (minor civil works), included in the Civils Construction Services Panel under Underground category.
