Tender Description
The Council is seeking responses to this Request for Tender (RFT) 2021-48 for the provision of a Loan Facility.
The purpose of this loan request is to enable Nillumbik Shire Council to fund some of its capital works program for the 2021-2022 year.
The total amount to be borrowed is (Australian) Three Million Three Hundred and Three thousand dollars (AU$3,303,000) and the required loan period is for a ten (10) year term.
The Council is seeking to appoint a single financing organisation to provide the finance loan facility.
It is intended that the new loan finance arrangement will commence on or around 31 May 2021
