Tender Description
This procurement activity is planned to be undertaken in two stages; with Stage 1 being the release of this Expression of Interest (EOI), and Stage 2 inviting shortlisted Invitees from Stage 1 to respond to a Request for Tender (RFT). The RFT Stage enables WCC to complete the evaluation process with high confidence a contract can be entered into that will closely match WCC’s requirements. The initial term of this contract is five years.
Therefore, for Invitees to have a greater chance of being shortlisted for the RFT stage (and entering into a contract), they are strongly encouraged to supply all information requested within this EOI to a suitable level of detail.
The information submitted at the EOI stage will be taken into consideration and will be valid in Stage 2 RFT and will form part of the contract agreement of the successful Tenderer.
