Tender Description
The contractor shall provide all necessary labour, plant, design element, equipment and safety apparatus to perform the full scope of works. Contract works include the provision of Spray Sealing works to be carried out on Brindabella Road, Billapaloola Road, Intersections along Brindabella and Back Camp Road (Provisional).
The Contractor shall comply with the Work Health & Safety Act 2011 and any relevant existing regulation pertaining to these proposed works. All work to be carried out by licensed/ticketed contractors, conforming to relevant Australian Standards.
