Tender Description
The Department of Communities and Justice (DCJ) is seeking Requests for Tenders for the CHIF from registered or eligible to register community housing providers (CHPs) to enable the purchase or development of social housing. The CHIF uses a co-contribution model where CHP tenderers will specify what additional financial and non-financial resources they will contribute in combination with the DCJ allocation.
