The Shire of Revensthorpe is seeking tenders from suitably experienced and capable fabricators of Laminated Veneer Lumber (LVL) and structural frames to undertake the supply, fabrication and delivery to site of the structural frame for the construction of the new Ravensthorpe Cultural Precinct. This includes the timber portal frames, purlins, wall framing and structural bracing, and sub-floor structure including bearers and floor joists. The supply will include all milling of LVL members and precision milling for timber jointing and assembly as detailed in the documents; and all mechanical fixings including steel plates, bolts and other specialist fixings, according to the structural engineering model; and co-ordinated with the Architectural model.

Tenders are to be marked "Private and Confidential" displaying the tender number and placed in the tender box located at the Shire Administration Office, 65 Morgans Street, Ravensthorpe. Alternatively, emails should be sent to tenders@ravensthorpe.wa.gov.au and marked in the subject line as confidential with the tender number and tender title. Tenders are to be received by no later than 10:00am WST Tuesday, 2 March, 2021.
