Supply of Meals on Wheels/ Centre Based Meals

⁠⁠⁠ This tender is for the provision of nutritional and varied food services to the frail, elderly and people with disabilities in various towns located in the Yarriambiack Shire.

The service required is for the preparation of meals including special diets but does not involve transportation of meals to the client base.

Tenderers will be required to supply a hot three course meal consisting of soup, main course and dessert for the Meals On Wheels recipients (in warmer weather, cold meat and salads may be offered). The Centre Based Meals component will require the supply of a hot two course meal consisting of a main course and dessert (in winter, the dessert may be substituted for a soup).

In our small rural locations, Council welcomes small business operators (Cafés, Mixed Businesses and Hotels) who can meet the requirements of the specification to also tender for the supply of meals.
