Tender Description
WPW experienced a series of water quality events throughout December 2020, which contributed to an increase in customer complaints. Events of this nature are rare for the business. As a learning organisation, WPW would like to take the opportunity to undertake an independent review of all aspects relating to the events, including: causal factors (raw water quality, treatment, maintenance) , operational response, complaint handling, customer communications and the associated cost implications of the events.
