Tender Description
The ANAO is seeking the services of an experienced TechnologyOne services provider to deliver the latest functionality offered by the TechnologyOne system. The ANAO will transition to the Ci-Anywhere version of TechnologyOne, commencing with a re-implementation of the Contracts module including enabling e-invoicing capability to comply with the Whole of Government e-invoicing policy. This must be implemented with a go-live date of 1 July 2021.
TechnologyOne services provider team members must have appropriate skills and security clearance (Minimum BASELINE security clearance from AGSVA).
The TechnologyOne service provider requirements include but are not limited to:
• The Supplier will provide configuration and customisation of TechnologyOne Ci-Anywhere modules, in particular:
• A migration of current modules to the Ci-Anywhere platform.
• Reimplementation of purchasing/contracts module and with enabling E-invoicing capability with implementation finalised by the 1st July 2021.
• Minimal configuration to email based workflows, Financial Assets, Account Reconciliation, Taxation (BAS & TPAR) General ledger, Accounts payable, Accounts receivable and interfaces.
The Supplier will be responsible for the provision of the following services and deliverables:
• Project Management (please quote this component separately. The ANAO may or may not choose to procure Project Management services)
• Scoping and documentation of requirements
• Workshops held with stakeholder groups to define business requirements
• Documentation of requirements / process change
• Configuration
• Data Migration
• Reporting
• Key user training
• UAT support
• Supporting documentation
• Post go-live critical support
