Unique Cobram business opportunity

⁠⁠⁠We are seeking Expressions of Interest for the lease of the iconic building at 2-4 Station Street, Cobram.

The primary aim is to activate the building with a suitable enterprise that compliments the recently developed piazza, as well as providing a vital Visitor Information Point.

In 2020 Council advertised an Expression of Interest to lease this building, but unfortunately we did not receive any successful submissions.

Due to the COVID-19 restrictions, which forced the closure of the Cobram Visitor Information Centre, we saw that as an opportune time to do necessary improvement works on the building to ensure Council can deliver a compliant building with appropriate and high quality amenities and services.
