Tender Description
The Shire of Murray invites suitably qualified and experienced contractors to tender for the construction of the West Australian Food Innovation Precinct (WAFIP) at Lot 38 Dollyup Street, Stake Hill, located within the Peel Business Park.
The WAFIP is funded through the Australian Government Regional Growth Fund.
The project in brief includes;
Three buildings, being -
- Innovation Centre (2 storey) - offices, cafe, meeting and functions space.
- Research and Development - food tech kitchen, laboratory, high bay research facility, student rooms.
- Production Building - food production space, warehouse, joint loading dock, office area.
