Tender Description
Rio Tinto is seeking consultancy services to prepare and/or update closure plans for the Pilbara Rio Tinto Iron Ore operations. These closure plans may relate to assets including mining hubs, utilities, rail or ports. A template with generic information will be supplied, and the DMIRS (2020) Statutory Guideline for Mine Closure Plans is to be followed. Tasks involved in the preparation of a closure plan are likely to include the determination and/or input of asset specific information, facilitation and write up of a risk assessment and liaison with internal subject matter experts.
