Tender Description
Spatial data will be provided for the 1000 mineral claims and 50 control pegs in the following formats: KML (can be viewed in Google Earth), CSV, and ESRI Shapefile (can be viewed in ESRI software), as part of the tender documents. The data will enable the applicant to ascertain the location of mineral claims/control pegs, accessibility, remoteness, and area to be covered in the project to assist with costing. The outcomes will:
• Provide in Excel a coordinate listing in GDA94 (MGA Easting & Northing) for each corner post of surveyed mineral claims and control pegs, shapefile of surveyed mineral claims.
• Provide a table?style report detailing the measurement methodology, origin, results for each corner post as metadata.
• data to be provided to the Department within 3 weeks after the survey has been completed.
• Any requests for collected survey data to enable urgent operational requirements, whilst survey is still being undertaken but prior to final report, must be attended to within 5 business days.
