Tender Description
It has been identified that the Shire requires more office space in the Ningaloo Centre and are proposing to divide up existing memory room. Works include but not limited to construction of new partition wall, installing 3 new glazed doors & frames, cutting in new access solid door & frame, Air-conditioning, Fans, Power & Data Points.
SCOPE OF WORKS
- Works as detailed on Plans & Specification
- Ningaloo Centre will remain open during construction works
- Electronic Access Fobs to be installed on Doors D1, D3, D4
- After hours works permitted so minimal disruption to Staff & Public, some works may have to be done after hours.
- Site to be left clean & tidy all times
- Treated structural pine can be used as wall framing
- Office furniture options is indicative only not Part of this RFQ
- BCITF & BSL fees to be included in price
- Building permit Fees to be included in price
- Supply of Certificate of Design Compliance to be included in price
