Tenders are invited from experienced Contractors to be part of a Call Off Panel Contract for the Provision of Fixed Plant Maintenance Services. The Contractors will be required to provide labour, equipment and materials to service the SMRC's maintenance and operations requirements at their Canning Vale Regional Resource Recovery Centre (RRRC).
The RRRC is a waste and recycling processing facility and the following trades contractors are required to form a panel of providers that can be called upon, on an as required basis, by the SMRC to undertake various work including maintenance and repairs as required:

• Rotating Vessel Alignment
• Condition Monitoring
• Hydraulic Equipment
• Electrical, Electronic and Control Systems
• Building &Construction
• Plumbing
• Lifting and Rigging
• Conveyors and Belting
• Fibreglass Ducting
• Communications - Cabling and Security Equipment Installation
• Locksmith Services
• Pest Management
• Air-Conditioning
• Loading Dock and Industrial Automatic doors
