Council is undertaking this EOI to identify the interest in the delivery of a hospitality or arts and culture offer that compliments the recently developed piazza through the lease and operation of building in either a community or commercial capacity.

Proposals that incorporate visitor services as a VIP, in accordance with Council’s VIP accreditation scheme are favourable.
