Enclosed is a Request for Quotations (RFQ) for removal and installation of UPVC windows and patio doors in at a residential property in the Red Hill area. If you would like to submit a quotation, complete the blocks 17a, 23, 24, 30a and 30b of the attached SF1449 document, and submit it to the address shown on block 16 of the Standard Form 1449 that follows this letter.
The Embassy intends to hold site visits on Tuesday 9th of February 2021 at 10am AEST at the site located in the Red Hill, ACT. All prospective offerors are required to request registration/participation in the Site visit by sending an email addressed to CostanK@state.gov prior to 5pm AEST February 8th 2021, providing the following information:
- Name(s) of one or two representatives.
- Company’s name.
- Contact telephone number(s) and email(s).
The U.S. Government intends to award a contract to the responsible company submitting an acceptable quotation at the lowest price. We intend to award a contract/purchase order based on initial quotations, without holding discussions, although we may hold discussions with companies in the competitive range if there is a need to do so.
