Tender Description
Tenders are invited for the design development and construction of the Coffs Harbour Boat Maintenance & Storage Facility and Marina Centre Upgrade civil works. The work includes:
- Finalise all detail design for ground slabs, services and trade waste
- Demolition of existing structures and services
- Construct in ground services and ground slab
- Design and Construct floating structures (piles, pontoon, gangway and associated services)
- Design and Construct travel lift jetty support structures consisting of concrete beams on piles
- Design a new Marine Centre floating structures (piles, pontoons, gangway and services and dredging methodology design
- Demolition and disposal of the existing pontoon berths including piles
- Demolition and disposal of two fixed ‘catwalk’ jetties including associated piles
- Dredging, processing on land base and disposal of sediments
- Manufacturing and installation of the floating structures (piles, pontoons, gangway and services (electrical, hydraulic, fire services to the new facilities).
A pre-tender meeting and site inspection will not be held.
All tenderers must comply with the NSW Government Procurement Policy Framework (NSW Framework), NSW Government Supplier Code of Conduct (NSW Code) and New South Wales Industrial Relations Guidelines: Building and Construction Procurement (NSW Guidelines).
