Tender Description
IP Australia would like to invite service providers to provide information proposals relating to the three options described below.
• Option 1: Services to provide support and maintenance for the operation of IP Australia’s existing IP Data Platform;
• Option 2: Services to provide support, maintenance and enhancements for IP Australia’s existing IP Data Platform; and/or
• Option 3: Services to replace IP Australia’s existing IP Data Platform with an alternative solution, which must also include ongoing support, maintenance and enhancements for the new solution.
Through this Request for Information, IP Australia wishes to explore options for working with a service provider to provide augmented support services and increased levels of capability to transform IP Australia’s IP Data Platform. The existing IP Australia Data Platform is a cloud-based solution, based on AWS.
The envisaged target state for the IP Data Platform is one which is modern and agile with an integrated business intelligence and analytics capability. The IP Data Platform needs to support business by providing more accessible, consistent, reliable and understandable data and analytics for decision making, provision of data to external users, machine learning and support risk based automation.
