Tender Description
Coonamble Shire Council is calling for proposals and quotations from suitably qualified and creative suppliers for the design and installation of exhibition and display - including furnishings and an interpretative installation - at the new Coonamble Visitor Information Centre.
Construction of the Visitor Information Centre is underway and due for completion by June 2021.
The proposal and quotation should address delivery of the following:
Display of merchandise and local produce, as well as display of information and marketing materials for local sites and attractions, as well as those of neighbouring regions.
Display of the Brian Campbell School Bus sculpture.
Interactive interpretation and engaging visitor experience.
Functional fit-out of the Visitor Information Centre.
A budget of $200,000, excluding GST, is allocated to this project. Responses should include a detailed quotation and demonstrate how the budget will be allocated across the various components of the project.
The supplier will be required to attend a start-up meeting, including an on-site inspection with the Project Manager from Coonamble Shire Council, no later than one week following the contracted start date.
