Tender Description
SWH invites tenders from appropriately credentialed aged care providers, health care providers and other service providers to provide residential bed based places in a Warrnambool centric location as part of the Transition Care Program.
SWH has pre-existing arrangements in place with regards to providing ‘in the home’ TCP Services and these services are not required as part of this tender.
The resulting Contract Term is expected to be 5 years.
The Industry Capability Network Victoria (ICN) has completed a contestability assessment for this tender. In this instanced South West Healthcare has been advised that all tenderers are to complete a Local Industry Development Plan (LIDP) and submit the LIDP with the tender.
