General Scope of Supply / Services
For the complete supply, furnishing of all labour, supervision, materials, equipment, tools, supplies and services to manufacture, assemble, inspect, test, store, pack and deliver the following:
• A single train operating to produce a steady state 8-10 m³/hr of demineralised water and 1 m³/hr of potable water
• Constituents:
- 1 x 100% or 2 x 50% Pre-Treatment Train with cartridge filters or Multimedia Filter (MMF) vessels
- 1 x 100% two stage Reverse Osmosis (RO) and single pass Electro-Deionisation (EDI) train
- Activated carbon filter
- Clean In Place (CIP) system
- Low pressure feed pumps, low pressure backwash pumps, RO HP pumps (pass 1 and 2) and RO CIP pump
- Intermediate transfer tanks
- Required chemical dosing equipment
- Common outlet manifold for train(s)
- Potable water transfer pump
- Demineralised water transfer pumps
- Water treatment plant PLC Control System with HMI
- Air conditioning and internal lighting for the container(s)
- Container walls, ceiling insulation, flooring with non-slip coating, smoke detectors and alarm system
- Junction boxes and cables
- Where needed: piping, valves, accessories, skid, baseplates, ladders/platforms, cabling, supports, lugs, nametags, gaskets, coatings
The following must be provided:
• Fixed/removable internals and their supports
• Drain and vent connections
• Lubricants and consumables
• Earthing bosses
• Tagging and naming
• Technical deviations list
• Special tools list
• Schedule of rates
• Spares list
• Quality assurance
Responsibilities will include inter alia:
• Project management, reporting, attending meetings, participation in risk assessment workshops
• Comply with site mobilisation and site requirements
• Delivering work in a safe manner and to the required standards
• Provide all equipment and materials for the Scope of Work
