Tender Description
The NSW National Parks and Wildlife Service (NPWS) is seeking to procure a professional and fit for purpose uniform for around 2100 staff from across NSW. A Total Apparel Management Company is sought to procure uniform garments and provide ongoing uniform management services (including supply chain management) on behalf of the NPWS.
The proposed uniforms range includes :
- Standard uniform garments, including pants, shirts, outerwear and accessories
- High visibility workwear options including a shirt and vest,
- Natural fibre shirt able to be used as a garment worn under the NPWS fire uniform.
- NPWS maternity and diversity garment ranges
- NPWS volunteer uniform garments
Sourcing scope excludes:
- NPWS fire and flight uniforms,
- Permethrin treated uniform garments and other items of personal protective equipment
- Flight uniform garments
- Footwear
Anticipated contract duration is 10 years subject to operational requirements and performance reviews after years 3, 6, and 8.
