Tender Description
Muswellbrook Shire Council invites experienced contractors to tender for the design and construction of Animal Shelter and Associated works on the western side of Muswellbrook township, in accordance with the specification contained within the tender documents.
The Proposed development is for the construction and operation of an animal boarding establishment and a community facility so as to increase the opportunities for residents to rehome a pet, increase rehoming rates by local adoption and bring together a range of Council services into the one location and in turn increase accessibility to these services.
A non-mandatory pre-tender meeting will be held at the proposed project site 127-129 Sydney Street, Muswellbrook at 11.00am on Tuesday 21 January 2021. Please register your attendance at council@muswellbrook.nsw.gov.au.
Responsibility for lodgement by the deadline lies solely with the Tenderer. Information on method of lodgement is provided in the tender documents. The lowest or any tender may not necessarily be accepted.
