Tender Description
Tenders are invited to undertake background studies and prepare a revitalisation plan for Luddenham town centre. The work consists of the preparation of a plan which will recommend the draft vision and strategies to create a progressive, colourful, vibrant and engaging local centre that is comfortable and well connected to the surrounding area and facilities. The revitalisation plan will be a tool which will help Councils and other organisations for the future implementation of a vibrant town centre.
A pre-tender meeting and site inspection will be held at 2.30 pm on Monday 18 January 2021 via Microsoft Teams. Attendance is mandatory to submit a confirming tender. Please email thenorthernroad@transport.nsw.gov.au to register for the briefing.
