Spiire, in conjunction with City West Water, is intending to release a Request for Tender in January 2021 for the Orchard Estate stage 16A branch sewer. The project will include:
Construction of approximately 249 metres of DN300 mm Branch Sewer as part of Orchard Estate Stage 16A, Tarneit – for Dahua Tarneit Development Pty Ltd, within the City of Wyndham. Contractors must be accredited with City West Water for the supply of works and services in Category SC2 (Branch/Main Sewer > DN 280) and Category SC7 (Live Sewer Works).
