Sale of Land - Blackney Drive

⁠⁠⁠Pyrenees Shire Council, under Section 189 of the Local Government Act 1989, intends to sell land described as 9 Blackney Drive, Avoca (Lot 16) detailed in Plan of Subdivision PS542501D.

This land is within the Avoca Industrial Estate development and is zoned Industrial 1.

Any person has the right to make a written submission on the proposed sale under Section 223 of the Local Government Act 1989. Written submissions will be accepted until close of business on Monday 8 January 2021 and should be addressed to the Chief Executive Officer, Pyrenees Shire Council, 5 Lawrence Street, Beaufort VIC 3373. A person making a submission may also request to be heard at a meeting in person to speak in support of the submission. Anyone wishing to be heard should request to do so in their submission.

Council will not sell the land prior to closing time for submissions shown on this notice.
