The establishment of HealthShare Victoria (HSV) will build upon improvements made to Victoria’s medical consumables supply chain reform during the COVID-19 pandemic, including the establishment of a centralised procurement and supply chain for PPE and medical equipment. This reform represents a significant strengthening of Victoria’s core public sector capabilities and will provide substantial short and long-term benefits for Victoria’s health system and patients.

HealthShare Victoria will commence operations in 2021, for which the planned distribution centre needs to be operationalised.

Monash Health (on behalf of HealthShare Victoria) wishes to invite vendors to undertake the following activities. Each item represents a ‘package’ of work, and respondents may choose to submit responses for one of more packages. These packages of work represent the fit-out of a new distribution facility in Derrimut, VIC:

• Fit-out office space
• Acquire and install office fit out furniture
• Fit-out of Ground Floor with Clean Room, Change Rooms, Lunchroom and Hallways
• Acquire and install Change Rooms’ furniture
• Acquire and install shelving within the Clean Room

The project is required to commence from January 1st and handover by Feb 1st, 2021. Detailed planning will be done with the successful tenderer prior to contract execution.
