Expression of Interest - Parcel Land for the Purpose of Livestock Agistment

⁠⁠⁠GMCT is seeking expression of interest (EOI) from members of the community who may seek to utilise a parcel of land for the purpose of livestock agistment for a period of up to 5 years, including potential for an extension option of a further 5 years. (introduction sentence)

GMCT as a Class A cemetery trust has an undeveloped parcel of land set aside for cemetery purposes at 2000 Donnybrook Road, Yan Yean. The land is currently zoned GWZ and is not expected to be developed into an operational cemetery and memorial park until after 2025. The land size is approximately 200 acres.

EOI closes 8 January 2021.
