Tender Description
Please see list below of items that Council currently has for sale. Expressions of interest (offers) can be submitted by completing a tender response form. This tender is ongoing and items/goods will be sold on a first in first serve basis.
Tenderers/purchasers will be required to agree in writing that before purchasing any Asset that no warranty is given by the Council in respect of the suitability and condition of the Asset for the purchaser and that the Council will not be responsible for the Asset in any respect following the sale.
All goods are sold as is, where is, with no warranty provided Goods will be available for viewing by contacting Darren Walker on 8626 1001 during office
hours.
