Accreditatoin Lead

⁠⁠⁠The Digital Identity Accreditation Lead will exercise a significant degree of independence and perform an important leadership role. They will be responsible for confirming the assurance of identity services in accordance with the Trusted Digital Identity Framework (TDIF) and Gatekeeper Public Key Infrastructure (PKI) Framework.

The Digital Identity Accreditation Lead will lead a work team and be accountable to plan and manage a range of human and physical resources and exercise the associated people and financial responsibilities. They will provide strategic direction to the work team, including developing business plans, strategies and priorities and monitor workflow and performance. They are accountable for developing, coaching, and reviewing individual, team and business performance and will identify opportunities for building team capability and continuous improvement. They will set work aligned with strategic objectives and communicate expected outcomes.

The Digital Identity Accreditation Lead will have extensive knowledge relating to the methodology, systems and procedures used to accredit ICT systems. They will provide a strategic level of professional and technical expertise to lead and undertake accreditation activities against the TDIF and Gatekeeper PKI Frameworks. They will initiate, establish and maintain strong relationships with a network of stakeholders and will have the ability to recognise shared agendas and work towards mutually beneficial outcomes. They will provide strategic advice to senior management and stakeholders and work closely with other DTA teams and a network of stakeholders including industry associations, organisations and Commonwealth and State and Territory Government Agencies.

This position has people management responsibilities and as such you will be required to exercise your people management skills and knowledge to lead a high performing and cohesive team.
