Tender Description

The Sunshine Coast Hospital and Health Service (SCHHS) is seeking offers for the provision of adhoc Air Conditioning Duct and Hygiene Cleaning Services across the SCHHS geographical region, including but not limited to:

  • Cleaning return and supply duct work by HEPA vacuum
  • Cleaning toilet exhaust duct work
  • Washing all cushion boxes, supply and return air grilles and wiping with disinfectant
  • Washing all exhaust grilles with disinfectant
  • Internal duct work Condition Report
  • Issue Compliance Certificates
  • Minor rust repairs
  • Application of anti-fungal surface treatments
