Tender Description
The City of Canning has identified the need to provide a dedicated multi-purpose community facility that showcases the community's cultural diversity. The City is seeking to engage a suitably qualified and experienced Contractor to undertake the refurbishment works to the Community facility.
The requirement is for construction works to the existing community building located at 1-3 Hillview Place, Bentley, including:
a) A full internal refurbishment of all existing spaces.
b) A new central core to the building which acts as an entry space and focal point of the Centre.
c) Extending the existing First Floor over the entry lobby as part of the new central core.
d) Extending the existing Ground Floor office space to create a larger, new area for fitout.
e) Upgrade to existing building services.
The upgraded building sits within an overall master plan of the Hillview area which includes an upgrade of the existing streetscapes and adjacent Hillview Park.
A Mandatory briefing is required for this Tender, meeting point is the front car park at 1-3 Hillview Place, Bentley WA, on Thursday, 3 December 2020 at 10.00am.
