Tender Description
Council is seeking Expressions of Interest from parties to lease, operate and manage Caulfield Park Tennis Centre.
The Centre comprises five en tout cas tennis courts; clubhouse facilities; external storage shed; and full site fencing.
Council is keen to receive submissions from parties who will ensure the ongoing delivery of tennis activities to the community.
