Tender Description
The Council is seeking responses to this Request for Tender (RFT) 2021-45 for the provision of a FIFA Quality certified Synthetic Pitch surface at the Eltham North Reserve located at at 8-32 Cedar Avenue, Eltham North 3095.
Works include the supply and installation of the new surface and related infrastructure as well as the removal and disposal of the existing surface.
Council is seeking as part of the tender, proposed maintenance program options and associated costs.
Council reserves the right to not proceed with the proposed maintenance program component of the tender.
The Council is seeking to appoint a single provider to deliver the project requirements.
It is intended that the new contract arrangement will commence on or around 1 February 2021. The works must be completed by 29th March 2021.
