Tender Description
Council is seeking Tenders from suitably qualified and experienced suppliers for delivery of Detailed Design of Bicycle Infrastructures from Chatswood to St Leonards. Work will include preparation of detailed design plans and community engagement for the following two bicycle routes linking the two strategic centres of Chatswood and St Leonards:
- Active Transport Link No 1: Pacific Highway between Mowbray Road, Chatswood and Herbert Street, St Leonards (Approximately 3.3km long).
- Active Transport Link No 2: Hampden Road, Brand Street and Herbert Street between Mowbray Road, Chatswood and Pacific Highway, St Leonards (Approximately 2.2km long).

A mandatory pre-tender meeting will be held online, commencing at 10am on 3rd December 2020. All prospective Tenderers are required to attend the pre-tender meeting. A tender submitted by any Tenderer who has not attended the pre-tender meeting cannot be considered.
Tenders are to be submitted online : as a single ZIP file prior to: 11am Friday 18 December 2020.
Tenders received after the closing time will not be considered.
