Rous County Council is inviting proposals from suitably qualified consultants for the preparation of a Scoping Study as the first stage in the preparation of the Richmond River Coastal Management Program (CMP).
The scope of works for this project includes the completion of a Stage 1 (Scoping study) in accordance with the requirements of the Coastal Management Act 2016 (CM Act), the State Environmental Planning Policy (Coastal Management) 2017 (CM SEPP) and the NSW Coastal Management Manual Parts A and B (the manual).
A detailed description of works involved in this RFQ is specified in the Brief for the preparation of a Stage 1 Scoping Study for the Coastal Management Program for the Richmond River.
