Shoulder Pavement Program

The Strathbogie Shire Council invites tenders to complete the construction of shoulder pavement widening works along Ewings Road, Avenel and Goulburn Weir – Murchison Road, Kirwans Bridge.

Tenderers are advised that Schedules for this tender will be required to be completed via online forms only.

Tenders can be only lodged on line through the etendering portal. Please note Strathbogie Shire no longer accepts hardcopy tenders and will not accept tenders by fax or email.

It is Strathbogie Shire's policy not to accept Tenders received after the specified closing time.

INSTRUCTIONS FOR SUBMISSIONS:

• Contract 20/21-61 - Shoulder Pavement Program is a lump sum contract with a lump sum price breakdown required. Strathbogie Shire advises that failure to supply a lump sum price and lump sum price breakdown in the Electronic Online Schedule of Rates will result in your tender not being evaluated.
• All Tender Schedules must be completed in order for the submission to be evaluated.
• You must allow sufficient time to upload your submission prior to the 4pm deadline.  We suggest you familiarise yourself with the online form and uploading options via the RESPONSE tab.
• Late submissions in any format will not be accepted.  If you are midway through your submission and the clock hits 4:00pm your submission will not be accepted and you will be unable to continue.
• We recommend you access a good quality network/internet connection. Strathbogie Shire Council is not responsible for your internet connection quality.
• ALL communications regarding the submission must be via the councils etendering website using the Questions tab.
