Tender Description
The City of Bunbury requires the services of an experienced consultant to undertake the Marine valuation and condition assessment for the City’s Marine assets and infrastructure.
In 2017/18 The City of Bunbury had selected Marine assets externally condition rated and valued and now seek to have the whole asset class assessed.
The collected data will assist the City in determining replacement schedules and budgeting for these renewals.
The Scope of Work includes but is not limited to;
a) Valuation (current replacement cost)
b) Remaining life assessment
c) Condition inspection report including any identified defect
