Tender Description
Sovereign Hill Museums Association Limited (SHMA) seeks Expressions of Interest (EOI) from experienced and high calibre visitor experience design and construction firms to facilitate delivery of a variety of construction projects over the next 2 years.
The Invitation is primarily targeted to; Architect Firms, Exhibition Designer Firms, Project Management Firms.
It is expected that the lead contractor will engage sub consultancies as relevant to each project. Some sub consultancies may be appointed by Sovereign Hill directly, or by the lead contractor as approved by Sovereign Hill.
SHMA is anticipating the release of $9.1m capital grant funding for a variety of works at the Golden Point Site.
SHMA reserves the right not to proceed with any or all submissions.
