Tender Description
Development Victoria is embarking on a project to create approximately 840 dwellings situated in Melbourne’s west and will be releasing two Request for Proposals (RFPs) via a Select Tender seeking experienced consultants to provide the following services:
- Land surveyor services (PIMS 9329); and
- Electrical engineering services ((PIMS 9343);
These consultancy services are required to design, plan and support the delivery of the new residential community. These consultancy services will be engaged via Development Victoria’s Consultancy Agreement (Major Services).
The successful consultancies will have experience with similar scale residential communities in Victoria. The successful consultancy must also be on the VicRoads ‘Register of prequalified contractors and consultants’ or the Victorian Government’s ‘Construction Supplier Register’.
